Advertiser Terms of Service and Policies


By ordering any of our advertising services you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Service Policies:


ROTATOR-ADVERTISING SERVICES

  1. The link(s) you submit must comply with the terms of the website(s) they're being advertised on.
  2. We reserve the right to deny any advert that we do not see fit to be displayed, including but not limited to: frame-breakers, gambling & adult/warez/illegal content.
  3. We cannot guarantee nor assure that you would receive any referrals or sales, as we cannot control our visitors actions.
  4. The traffic we provide is sourced from our Publisher program and also from popular high-traffic sites (incentive traffic), from where we purchase in large quantities then resell to our advertisers.
  5. The only campaign-related analytics we collect and share with our advertisers, is the amount of visits we've sent them during and after their campaign ends.
  6. Conversions depend entirely on saturation or attractiveness of the advertised product or service.
  7. You are paying for the number of days or visitor for which your link(s) would be included in our rotator, during which you may receive any amount of visitors.
  8. You can request for a link(s) change once in a 24 hour period but only if your slot has more than 24 hours left until expiration.
  9. Once your slot goes live, it cannot be paused nor stopped or canceled.
  10. Orders are processed in a maximum of 24 hours from purchase date.

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. E-mail addresses or any other form of personal information regarding our users will never be shown, given or sold.
  2. E-mail addresses are used only to communicate with our users and to confirm the advertising campaigns start/end.
  3. Confirmation e-mails are sent once an order has been processed, when it goes live and another one after it expires.
  4. Payment processor addresses are used only to confirm purchases.
  5. All user activity is closely monitored in order to provide the best user experience possible and to prevent fraud.
  6. We do not share any user information with third parties.
  7. Cookies are used for various tracking purposes. These do not contain any personal information.
  8. All data saved in cookies is safely managed and encrypted to prevent potential eavesdropping.
  9. All Payeer transactions are subject to the Payeer Privacy Policy
  10. All Coinpayments transactions are subject to the Coinpayments Privacy Policy
  11. All Perfectmoney transactions are subject to the Perfectmoney Privacy Policy
  12. Users must also comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of each advertisement viewed through our platform.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Orders are manually processed in a maximum of 12 to 24 hours from purchase date.
  2. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once link and payment is confirmed.

REFUND POLICY

  1. All payments are non-refundable, except if we decide the users advertisement cannot be displayed on our platform.
  2. We will not honor user-requested refunds if their order has already been processed, finished or currently being served.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

  1. In case of payment chargebacks (unauthorized payments, held payments, etc.) or any other potentially fraudulent activity, the associated order(s) will be canceled immediately.
  2. We will dispute all chargeback cases with the relevant authorities and pursue all legal options against fraudulent users.
  3. Users initiating chargebacks for any reason, will no longer be allowed access to any of our services.

LIABILITY

  1. Rotate5url.com PTP cannot be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and therefore beyond our control.
  2. Rotate5url.com PTP is not responsible for any tax payment on the amounts received from us. It's every user's responsibility to declare their country's taxes.
  3. Rotate5url.com PTP is not responsible for any of the advertisement contents shown on our platform..
  4. Rotate5url.com PTP reserves the right to alter these terms at any time, including but not limited to earning amounts or rules.
